Admissions
Blossom Montessori is a private nonprofit school recognized by the State of Florida, Department of Education. Blossom affords students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally provided for or made available to students at the school. Blossom does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship programs or any other school-administered programs.
All potential students are evaluated by our Blossom teaching staff and our Blossom partners as needed. Following this evaluation, key staff members make a recommendation to the Board. The Board then makes the final decision. At Blossom we want to make sure that we are able to meet the individualized needs of each child we accept in order to provide them the very best education. In some cases, if we believe Blossom is not the best placement for a child, we will make recommendations to the family on alternative education choices that may be a better fit for their needs.
Tuition
Blossom relies on parents, families, private donations, foundations, corporations and service groups to fulfill the balance in funding associated with the high level of services and programs we offer our students.
Some of Blossom's students are eligible for the McKay Scholarship, a program provided by the State of Florida for children with disabilities who have spent a minimum of one year in a Florida public school. To learn more about our scholarships, please click here.
